Research on the 10-year Promotion Effect of New Energy Vehicles in China: A Spatial Effect Perspective
Liu Yingqi, Song Zeyuan, Gao Hongwei, Feng Ruiyu
    2023, 35 (3):  3-16.
    Abstract ( 301 )   PDF (1570KB) ( 352 )
In the past 10 years, the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly under the policy support of the central government and the joint attention of local governments and enterprises. In order to clearly see the effects of industrial promotion at the national city level over the past 10 years, this paper uses the data of 296 prefecture-level cities across China in 2018, takes a spatial perspective to construct an indicator system for the promotion of the new energy vehicle industry, and uses spatial autoregressive model (SAR) and spatial error model (SEM) to empirically investigate, through two levels (i.e. demonstration and non-demonstration cities) and five typical urban agglomerations, the degree of influence of major factors (e.g. urban government support, urban public transportation and urban scientific research capabilities) on the promotion of new energy vehicles across the country. The study finds that no matter whether in demonstration or non-demonstration cities, the promotion of new energy vehicles is related to the degree of economic development, but the promtion effect is more visible in demonstration cities; in the five major urban agglomerations, the impact of R&D capabilities and the spatial spillover effect are obvious and the effect of other factors varies greatly. On the basis of quantitative research, this paper further explores the possibility to increase the space spillover effect of China’s new energy vehicle market promotion by increasing R&D investment and constructing an industrial system under a competitive landscape, and thereby promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry. Our research shows that in the future, the promotion of new energy vehicles in China should be based more on the regional perspective to give full play to the spatial spillover effects of cities and ultimately realize the development of the new energy vehicle industry in cities, urban agglomerations and the country. The research conclusions of this paper provide important policy reference for the improvement of the competitiveness of China’s new energy automobile industry and its market promotion.

The Influence of Working Background of Funds’ Executive Partners on the Return Performance of Venture Capital Funds
Wang Dan, Zhang Musong, Gao Hao
    2023, 35 (3):  17-29.
    Abstract ( 159 )   PDF (1298KB) ( 235 )
Drawing upon the venture capital funds established in 2007-2011, this paper empirically tests how the working background of funds’ executive partners influences the return performance of venture capital funds. We find that the government work experience, financial industry related work experience and direct-VC or asset management experience of funds’ executive partners have a positive impact on the proportion of project exit. However, only government work experience significantly increases the IPO proportion. After further distinguishing the listing venue, we find that financial work experience leads to a larger proportion of portfolio firms that get listed overseas. These findings comprehensively show how venture capital fund managers help with portfolio firms. We further classify venture capital funds according to whether or not they have a government-guided fund as partner, and find that the background of working in government has a greater impact on the performance of ordinary private funds, while financial experience has a significant positive impact on the exit performance of both types of funds.

Cryptocurrency Portfolio from the Perspective of Fractal Theory: Comparison of the Effects of Bull and Bear Market
    Cao Guangxi, Xie Wenhao
    2023, 35 (3):  39-48.
    Abstract ( 140 )   PDF (1512KB) ( 166 )
Drawing upon Bitcoin, Ripple and Litecoin as the research objects, this paper uses the multifractal portfolio model to research the portfolio investment of cryptocurrency and further studies the difference of portfolio effect between bull market and bear market. Return, risk and Sharpe ratio are used to perform in-sample forecasting and out-of-sample effect test analysis on the investment portfolio. The empirical results show that: in different periods, each cryptocurrency and the pair of cryptocurrencies exhibit scaling effects and multifractal characteristics, and the characteristics of long memory are stronger during the bull market. During the full-sample, bull-market and bear-market periods, the multifractal portfolio model can significantly decentralize risks compared with the traditional portfolio model under different volatility and time scales, and the effective boundary of the multifractal portfolio moves significantly to the left during the bull and bear market periods. Further research shows that the multifractal portfolio model can achieve the optimal portfolio effect in both bull and bear market under the appropriate scale q.

Research on the Superposition Effect of Risk Spillovers from International Stock Markets to China: Based on the FNAC-delta CoES Model
Cao Jie, Lei Lianghai, Lei Qiran
    2023, 35 (3):  49-60.
    Abstract ( 97 )   PDF (1464KB) ( 159 )
To investigate the superposition effect of risk spillovers from multiple international stock markets to China, this paper extends the two-dimensional delta CoES to multi-dimensional delta CoES, and derives its explicit solution based on the fully nested Archmedean Copula (FNAC). Then the measurement formula and significance test method of the superposition effect of risk spillover are given. The empirical results show that: when two international stock markets are at risk at the same time, there is a significant and non-linear superposition effect on risk spillovers from them to China’s stock market, but the superposition effect does not necessarily continue to strengthen with the increasing number of international stock markets at risk. In addition, by comparing the superposition effect of risk spillovers from different international stock market combinations, we find that European stock markets have the greatest impact on the superposition effect. Finally, the results of a robustness test show that the FNAC-delta CoES model is robust.

How does Team Territorial Behavior Reduce Team Innovation Efficiency: The Mediating Role of Team Knowledge Hiding and the Moderating Role of Ethical Leadership
Cheng Bao, Xia Tiantian, Luo Wenhao
    2023, 35 (3):  61-70.
    Abstract ( 172 )   PDF (1319KB) ( 219 )
Based on the conservation of resource theory, this study investigates the influence of team territorial behavior on team innovation efficiency. Especially, the mechanism (i.e., the mediating role of team knowledge hiding) and the boundary condition (i.e., the moderating role of ethical leadership) underlying the relationship are tested. With a two-wave survey, we collect 590 samples from 169 small IT enterprises. Empirical analysis is carried out by using statistical software such as DEAP and SPSS, the results show that: (1) team territorial behavior has a significant positive impact on team innovation efficiency; (2) team knowledge hiding plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between team territorial behavior and team innovation efficiency; (3) ethical leadership plays a moderating role in the relationship between team territorial behavior and team knowledge hiding. To be specific, the positive effect of team territorial behavior on team knowledge hiding is stronger when the level of ethical leadership is lower; (4) ethical leadership further moderates the indirect effect of team territorial behavior on team innovation efficiency via team knowledge hiding. To be specific, the positive effect of team territorial behavior on team innovation efficiency through team knowledge hiding is enhanced when the level of ethical leadership is lower.

The Effect of Team’s Cognitive Diversity on Team Creative Performance
Tang Minhui, Zheng Shi, Yan Ming, Dong Feng
    2023, 35 (3):  71-82.
    Abstract ( 232 )   PDF (1372KB) ( 294 )
Previous researches on the relationship between team’s cognitive diversity and creative performance are mainly based on the perspectives of resource information and identification. In order to resolve the theoretical gaps and inconsistent findings of these two perspectives, we further explore the mediating effect of team absorptive capacity and the moderating effect of benevolent leadership on the relationship between team’s cognitive diversity and creative performance on the basis of absorptive capacity theory. Through a multilevel analysis on the paried data of 84 team leaders and 350 team members, we find that the improvement of a team’s cognitive diversity can enhance its absorptive capacity, and further improve its creative performance. In addition, when the level of benevolent leadership is higher, team’s cognitive diversity has a stronger effect in promoting team’s absorptive capacity, while the positive effect of team’s absorptive capacity on team’s innovation performance will be weakened. With these findings, we not only enrich and expand the research on the relationship between team diversity and creative performance from a new theoretical perspective to form a theoretical consensus, but also provide managers with alternative leadership strategies to further promote creative work in diversified teams.

Research on the Influence of Technology Incubation Industry Development on the Progress of Regional Technological Innovation ——Empirical Test Based on Provincial Panel Data in China
Tian Ying, Zhu Ying, Zhao Yuanjun
    2023, 35 (3):  92-104.
    Abstract ( 75 )   PDF (1613KB) ( 121 )
In the context of implementing innovation-driven development strategy, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and encouraging local exploration of scientific and technological innovation, the development of technology incubation industry has become an important focus in the construction of national or regional innovation system. This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the development of technology incubation industry from three aspects: development scale, development capacity and development potential, and measures the regional development ability and difference according to the method of entropy-TOPSIS. Taking the incubation data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2018 as samples, this paper explores the impact of the development of technology incubation industry on regional technological innovation progress, the regulatory role of regional policy level and regional innovation development level on the relationship between them, and the secondary regulatory role of regional innovation activity level. The results show that the development level of technology incubation industry shows an upward trend from 2014 to 2018. The level of development in eastern China is in the leading position, and the average growth rate in western China is the highest. The development of technology incubation industry has a significant positive impact on accelerating the progress of regional technological innovation; the level of regional policy can positively promote the relationship between them; the higher the activity of regional innovation, the weaker the negative impact of regional innovation openness on the relationship between them. This paper provides decision support for accelerating the development of technology incubation industry, exploring the path of accelerating regional innovation and progress, and narrowing the differences between the east, central and west regions.

Could Trade Openness Accelerate Regional Green Innovation?——Based on Bidirectional FDI Dynamic Adjustment
Han Xianfeng, Song Wenfei, Li Boxin
    2023, 35 (3):  105-115.
    Abstract ( 94 )   PDF (1298KB) ( 181 )
This paper explains the internal mechanism of trade opening and two-way FDI linkage affecting regional green innovation, and conducts an empirical test based on China's 2004-2017 inter-provincial panel data and threshold measurement technology. The results show that: trade openness has obvious negative impact on regional green innovation, and the inhibition effect presents nonlinear evolutionary feature with diminishing marginal efficiency; bidirectional FDI is an important “regulator” to improve the “realistic dilemma” of trade opening and green innovation, with OFDI and IFDI playing a “U” and an inverted “U” heterogeneous dynamic regulating role respectively in the green innovation effect of trade opening; the optimal combination strategy of high-intensity OFDI and low-intensity IFDI could reverse the negative impact of trade openness on regional green innovation fundamentally, while the sub optimal combination strategy of low-intensity OFDI and high-intensity IFDI will weaken the negative impact of trade openness on regional green innovation; at present, promoting the integration of two-way FDI and trade openness will help promote regional green innovation to a certain extent, but continuous improvement of OFDI intensity is more conducive to releasing the green innovation dividend of trade opening, while blindly increasing IFDI intensity will be counterproductive; there are significant spatial differences in the dynamic regulation effect of bidirectional FDI, and there are differences in the alternate evolution of “reverse force effect” and “correction effect” in different regions.

Partnerships Coupling of Industry Technology Groups and the Network Invulnerability: A Study of the Mediating Effect
    Li Li, Lv Yibo
    2023, 35 (3):  116-124.
    Abstract ( 89 )   PDF (1267KB) ( 145 )
The phenomenon of “huddling together for warmth” has emerged in an ever-changing technological environment. Previous studies have found that innovation interaction at the micro level plays an extremely important role in network invulnerability, but two contradictory conclusions have been drawn. Previous studies have shown that the interaction of technology groups from the perspective of partnership is closely related to network homogeneity. Moreover, it is argued that structural homogeneity directly affects the invulnerability of innovation networks, but this arguement has not been widely accepted. In view of this, this study aims to solve the following two issues: first, the relationship between the coupling of partnerships among technology groups and the invulnerability of innovation networks; and second, the role of structural homogeneity in the above. We take the new energy industry as the research object, and construct 138 patent citation networks during the time-window from 2005 to 2018. The empirical results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the coupling strength of technology groups and the invulnerability of innovation network. Moreover, structural homogeneity plays a partial mediating role in the above relationship. This study helps to better understand the internal mechanism of the smooth operation of innovation networks. Moreover, from the perspective of network invulnerability, it provides practical guidance for regulating coupling activities among technology groups and network assortativity.

The Trajectory of User Payment Behavior in Online Knowledge Communities: A Study Based on Latent Class Growth Model
Ma Ling, Ding Feng, Li Jia
    2023, 35 (3):  136-147.
    Abstract ( 107 )   PDF (1393KB) ( 175 )
The key factor for the success of paid knowledge community is the persistence of users’ payment behavior. However, users’ pay willingness and pay behavior will change as they interact with the knowledge products and the community. Therefore, it is very important to understand how the users’ payment behavior may change over time. In this study, we use the latent category growth model to analyze the payment behavior of users in the knowledge community, depict the development trajectory of users’ payment behavior, and identify several user subgroups (e.g., cautious users, leading users and learning users) in the community according to the heterogeneity of the development trajectory. The results are helpful for managers to understand the roles, missions and evolutionary characteristics of different subgroups in the paid knowledge community, and optimize management strategies accordingly.

Next POI Recommendation for Multi-gate Hybrid Experts Based on Sparse Sharing
Kang Laisong, Liu Shifeng, Gong Daqing
    2023, 35 (3):  148-159.
    Abstract ( 108 )   PDF (1947KB) ( 114 )
Next POI recommendation refers to predicting the next POI that the user will visit within a certain period of time. User travel patterns are affected by heterogeneous contextual factors, including continuous values (for example, geographic distance, time interval) and discrete values (for example, social status, weekly status). This paper uses a sparse sharing structure to generate expert networks, and uses a multi-gate hybrid expert model to realize parameter sharing between multiple target tasks. This paper models multiple types of user behaviors based on multi-task learning, and proposes a multi-gate hybrid expert model based on sparse sharing. First, the sparse sharing structure is used to generate the corresponding expert network from the basic network for each target task, and the iterative amplitude pruning method is used to select the expert network. Secondly, the multi-gate hybrid expert model uses expert networks as the input layer. Each expert network has a different emphasis on the processing of input information, and uses multiple door networks to share and select task targets. Finally, the proposed algorithm is evaluated based on real data sets. The evaluation of the proposed algorithm based on real data sets verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the method in this chapter, as well as the prospect of applying multi-task learning and sparse structure sharing to the next point of interest recommendation.

Is More Always Better? The Effect of Customer Engagement Behavior on Customer Irrational Behavior
Chen Shuping, Han Xiaoyun, Fang Shujie
    2023, 35 (3):  160-171.
    Abstract ( 164 )   PDF (1584KB) ( 187 )
The development of the Internet has promoted customer engagement behaviors (CEBs), and the concept of CEBs has gradually attracted the attention of academia. CEBs can be divided into positively-valenced CEBs and negatively-valenced CEBs. A large number of existing literatures show that positively-valenced CEBs have positive effects on companies, but few studies focus on the negative effects of positively-valenced CEBs. Based on moral licensing, the authors study the relationship between positively-valanced CEBs and customer irrational behaviors, and propose a moderated mediation model to explore the mediating role of psychological entitlement and the moderating role of psychological distance. The authors use survey and experiments to test the model empirically. The results show that: (1) positively-valenced CEBs will trigger customer irrational behaviors; (2) customer psychological entitlement has a mediating effect on positively-valenced CEBs and customer’s irrational behavior. (3) customers’ perceived psychological distance has a moderating effect on the mediating effect of customers’ psychological entitlement, that is, the closer the customer’s perceived psychological distance, the stronger the mediating effect of customer’s psychological entitlement.

Choice of Earning Modes of Takeaway Platforms with the Consideration of Consumers’ Delivery Time Sensitivity
Hou Zemin, Qi Yong, Li Wenlong
    2023, 35 (3):  172-182.
    Abstract ( 133 )   PDF (1361KB) ( 177 )
The quick development of Meituan platform shows that the earning modes becomes more and more important for platform competition. In this paper, we introduce consumers’ sensitivity to delivery time into the two-sided market competition model, and construct a game framework of takeaway platforms, merchants and consumers under four different earning modes, which are based on the access fee mode and two-part tariff mode under unilateral and bilateral charging strategies, respectively, to reveal the optimal earning mode selection and critical conditions of takeaway platforms. The results show that: 1) the choice between the unilateral strategy and the bilateral strategy depends on the earning modes and the competition degree of consumers; 2) the optimal earing mode of takeaway platforms depends on platdforms’ matching ability, market competition intensity, consumers’ delivery time sensitivity, network externalities and platforms’ commission percentage. When a platform’s matching ability is weak and commission percentage is low, the access fees mode under the unilateral strategy is the best for the platform. In contrary, when a platform’s matching ability is not so high or so low, commission percentage is high and the intensity of consumer competition is strong, the two-part tariff mode under the unilateral strategy is the best. When the intensity of consumer competition is weak, the two-part tariff mode under the bilateral strategy is the best.

    2023, 35 (3):  183-195.
    Abstract ( 83 )   PDF (2192KB) ( 108 )
Consumers’ purchasing decisions are influenced not only by price, brand and other factors, but also by the information they receive. The development of network information technology further deepens this process. In practice, how consumers’ processing of the information they receive affects their purchasing decisions remains to be further studied. From the perspective of consumer information processing, this paper takes group-buying consumer groups as the research object, constructs a system dynamics model of group-buying market, analyzes and forecasts the development of indicators such as the size of group-buying and non-group-buying consumers, group-buying per capita and non-group-buying consumption amount in 30 years (2006-2035). The results show that: (1) the effect of community marketing has a positive impact on the growth rate of group-buying consumers, and shortens the time for group-buying scale to reach the peak, and advertising effect can shorten the time for group-buying scale to reach the peak; (2) lowering commodity prices, improving merchants’ reputation, increasing commodity categories and improving service level can increase non-group-buying consumers’ reception of commodity information, thus promoting the growth of consumption; and (3) the success rate of group-buying has a positive impact on the scale of group-buying platform and the amount of group-buying consumption per capita. The research results enrich the research scope of consumer information processing, and provide new ideas for network platforms and enterprises to fully understand the development of group buying and adjust their marketing strategies.

Will Executives Compare Compensation? Evidence from Stated-owned Enterprise Group
    Li Xinzi, Niu Yuhao
    2023, 35 (3):  220-231.
    Abstract ( 157 )   PDF (1291KB) ( 201 )
How to improve the effectiveness of executive incentive system is a central issue in corporate governance, which is closely associated with the success of the reform of state-owned companies. The existing literature pays more attention to the role of absolute compensation but ignores the impact of relative compensation. When relative compensation declines, will executives have the motivation and ability to adjust compensation levels? This paper finds that there is a phenomenon of “compensation comparison” in state-owned enterprise groups, which means that after observing the compensation rise of other executives in the same group, executives will significantly increase their own compensation in the next year. The mechanism tests show that when the comparison motivation of executives is stronger, the bargaining ability of executives is stronger and the internal and external supervision is weaker, the phenomenon of compensation comparison is more obvious. The findings of our paper offer direct empirical evidence of compensation comparison, help to understand the effectiveness of the compensatory contract in developing countries, provide reference to better encourage state-owned company executives and promote the transformation of compensation system of state-owned companies.

Research on the Relationship between Monetary Sentimental Value and Affective Organizational Commitment Based on Affective Dynamic Model
    Fan Zili, Ma Jun
    2023, 35 (3):  232-245.
    Abstract ( 111 )   PDF (1740KB) ( 188 )
The coexistence of pursuit of wealth and desire for affect is a portrayal of modern life. Traditionally, money intervention in social life leads to improper incentives, which leads to irrational attachment to money. Social relations tend to be instrumental rationality, which aggravates individual job burnout and affective alienation. Therefore, integrating the relationship between money and affect is an urgent theme of the times. Beyond the traditional economic view of monetary incentive, this paper constructs an affective motivation model of monetary incentive based on affect expectation theory. The results of three researches show that monetary incentive has affective value, and has a significant positive correlation with affective commitment through insider status, and the mediating mechanism is moderated by supervisor’s organizatinal embodyment. The research expands the research on monetary incentive, reveals that behind the surface monetary incentive, there is a high degree of affective connection and interaction, shaping the perceived insider status, and then enhancing affective commitment. It shows that affective value is an important source to enhance the overall value perception of monetary incentive. Using affective leverage skillfully can enhance the incentive without increasing any costs. The implication is that enterprises should set up “incentive banks”, set up affective accounts, and attach affective labels to money, so as to build a community of shared destiny between enterprises and employees.

Humor Trait, Psychological Resiliency and Team Members’ Creativity: The Multilevel Moderating Effect of Team Emotional Climate
Dai Wanliang, Wu Jie, Lu Wenling, Qu Jiaojiao
    2023, 35 (3):  246-256.
    Abstract ( 213 )   PDF (1337KB) ( 307 )
It is believed in the positive organizational behavior theory that employees’ positive psychological characteristics have a positive impact on their work behavior. The influence of humor on employees’ creativity has gradually attracted scholars’ attention, but the underlying mechanism is still unclear. Based on trait-state-behavior model and trait activation theory, applying multilevel structural equation modeling (MSEM), this study examines the relationship between humor trait and team members’ creativity through 422 paired samples. Results show that humor trait has a positive impact on team members’ creativity, and psychological resilience mediates the relationship between humor trait and team members’ creativity. Results also indicate that team emotional climate positively moderates the indirect effect of humor trait on team members’ creativity via psychological resilience. Based on the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve team members’ creativity by cultivating employees’ humor sense.

Supply Chain Financing Strategy Based on Uncertain Yields in Blockchain Environment
Wang Daoping, Zhu Mengying, Zhou Yu
    2023, 35 (3):  257-266.
    Abstract ( 118 )   PDF (1351KB) ( 176 )
Small and medium-sized enterprises often face the risk of uncertain yields. This paper assumes a supply chain financing platform built by the bank under blockchain technology and a quantitative model is applied to characterize the predictive effect of the blockchain on output uncertainty. Then, the model analyzes the impact of the application degree of blockchain technology on the planned production of the supplier, the lending decision of the bank and the expected profit of both. The bank’s loan quota decision is calculated under a downside risk model. The results show that the planned production increases with the application of the blockchain. When the bank only seeks profit maximization, the amount of loans to supplier increases under certain conditions as the application of block chain technology increases. The change of the bank’s decision on credit limit is related to the average value of uncertain yields’ fluctuation and risk tolerance. The expected profit of the supplier decreases first and then increases with the increase of the application of blockchain technology. When the average value of the supplier’s output fluctuation is large, the expected profit of the bank increases with the increase of the application of blockchain technology.

    2023, 35 (3):  267-281.
    Abstract ( 91 )   PDF (2524KB) ( 95 )
The rapid development of the internet technology has greatly improved the service level of home pick-up in express industry, which also resulted in an unprecedented fierce competition. Considering high cost and low customer satisfaction in the process of home pick-up service, a dynamic routing problem model is proposed for home pick-up service based on the internet appointment platform. In this model, customers’ time windows are considered as fuzzy variables, and minimizing the total cost is taken as the goal. Then, a dynamic scheduling-based genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed to solve the model, in which initial coding based on the Clarke and Wright savings algorithm or the greedy insertion is designed, and a best-cost route crossover and an elite retention strategy are adopted. Based on the 21 classic benchmarks composed of Taillard, Christophides and Fisher, a comparative analysis is performed with other four published algorithms to evaluate the performance of the improved GA. The results show that the improved algorithm obtains 15 better solutions and has good convergence. Finally, based on the result analysis and sensitivity analysis about a simulation case of an express company in Tianjin, the validity and applicability of the model are verified, which provides strong decision support for home pick-up service.

Patent Licensing and Supply Chain Decisions with CSR Investment: Based on the Perspective of the Three-stage Game
    Jin Liang
    2023, 35 (3):  282-294.
    Abstract ( 94 )   PDF (1796KB) ( 119 )
This paper studies the optimal supply chain decisions and licensing contract in a supply chain with corporate social responsibility. We consider a three-stage game consisting of a patent holder, a brand manufacturer and an original equipment manufacturer under CSR investment and information asymmetry. And the influence of the CSR investment on the equilibrium and social welfare of a technology supply chain are analyzed. On this basis, a case of the patent holder assuming CSR and the brand enterprise deciding order quantity and outsourced production price are further considered. It is found that in the patent licensing stage, the patent holder will choose different forms of licensing contracts. And the decisions of manufacturing outsourcing are influenced by the patent licensing. CSR investment may not affect the forms of patent license contract, but the existence of CSR investment leads to the change of the supply chain’s enterprises’ optimal ordering and pricing decision. In conclusion, CSR investment may not decrease the performance of supply chain’s enterprises, but CSR investment is favorable for consumer surplus and social welfare.

    2023, 35 (3):  295-305.
    Abstract ( 71 )   PDF (1363KB) ( 127 )
There are deficiencies in the resource scheduling model of emergency medical rescue in large-scale sports events. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization model is proposed with “phased classified transportation” emergency medical rescue resource scheduling. It is applied to reasonably dispatch emergency medical resources and transport and evacuate the wounded according to the classification results of examination and injury. Combined with the theory of emergency medicine, the proposed model summarizes the rescue process into two stages: on-site treatment and transport evacuation, further subdivides the injury of the wounded and includes the volunteer rescue force. Based on mixed integer programming, epsilon constraint method combined with linear weighted method is used to realize the multi-objective solution of the model. The hypothetical examples of three competition areas of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games are used to verify the model. All the wounded are successfully treated and the solution results are reasonable.

    2023, 35 (3):  306-319.
    Abstract ( 119 )   PDF (1444KB) ( 112 )
In order to dig the potential of social media in dealing with rumors based on crowdsourcing in crisis, comprehensively discuss the influence of rumor-refuting information dissemination methods in social media on public acceptance, public information behavior, and rumor-refuting effects in crisis event, based on the classical information acceptance model and the research results of social media information behavior, this paper constructs a two-stage model reflecting the rumor-refuting effect of rumor-refuting information in social media, then collects data and uses multiple regression method to verify the model in the context of Novel coronavirus pneumonia public health emergency. The results show that media abundance, media synchronicity and social clue strength have a positive effect on improving the public’s acceptance of rumor-refuting information. High acceptance will enhance the behavior of message deliberation, such as forwarding, commenting and confirmation seeking, thus helping improve the effect of rumor refutation. According to these conclusions, some suggestions are proposed for the management organizations and social media platforms to improve the rumor-refuting effectiveness of rumor-refuting information in social media.

Dissipation-driven Adaptation: The Dominant Logic of Digital Innovation ——Based on an Online Ride-hailing Platform’s Longitudinal Case Study
    Han Wenhai, Su Jingqin
    2023, 35 (3):  320-336.
    Abstract ( 145 )   PDF (1931KB) ( 244 )
This paper aims to reveal the dominant logic of digital innovation in a specific industry context and focuses on the path and mechanism of resource integration driving value co-creation and ecological evolution. A longitudinal case study of the online ride-hailing platform “A” is carried out based on the “context-process-consequence” framework. The results show that: first, context change affects the resource density and the degree of resource liquefaction in the digital ecosystem, and then changes the “information entropy” and the strategic cognition of the enterprise; second, the different context cognition of entrepreneurship, regulation and transformation causes the resource integration driving value co-creation and ecological evolution to follow different dominant logics, which are “entropy increase logic”, “entropy decrease logic” and “anti-entropy logic” successively; third, as the context changes, digital ecosystem evolves itself like an organism——it forms a structure suitable for dissipating the external energy input of the system and constantly releases generativity, forming a “dissipation-driven adaptation”. The above findings are derived from the mechanism interpretation of digital innovation dominant logic by information theory and system theory other than the assumptions of traditional management theory, which enriches and deepens the research on “service dominant logic” and “generativity logic”, and provides reference for the digital innovation and entrepreneurship of platform-based enterprises under the background of transformation economy.

From Product Orientation to Ecosystem Orientation: Construction of Innovation Ecosystem of High-tech Enterprises——A Longitudinal Case Study Based on Dajiang
Zhou Changbao, Feng Zhihong, Lin Runhui, Wang Lingling, Zhang Yanfang
    2023, 35 (3):  337-352.
    Abstract ( 238 )   PDF (1543KB) ( 364 )
This paper aims to explore how a high-tech enterprise could build an innovation ecosystem where it can build up its capabilities for developing new core technologies in complex and changing external environment. Based on the integrated view of ecosystem structure and evolution as well as the resource orchestration theory, this paper exemplifies Dajiang innovation ecosystem under the theoretical analysis framework of Context-Construct-Capability and divides its formation and evolution into three stages (i.e. birth, expansion and leadership) to explore the interaction between the knowledge networks and business networks. And then a dynamic evolution process model of innovation ecosystem for high-tech enterprises is constructed. The results show that first, the dynamic mutual adaptation of knowledge networks and business networks promotes the emergence of innovation ecosystems of high-tech enterprises; second, the construction of the innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises starts from product innovation, to the module-based integration of software and hardware technology and then to the opening of technology platform. The conclusions have important theoretical value and practical enlightenment for cultivating and constructing innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises in China.
