Abstract: There are deficiencies in the resource scheduling model of emergency medical rescue in large-scale sports events. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization model is proposed with “phased classified transportation” emergency medical rescue resource scheduling. It is applied to reasonably dispatch emergency medical resources and transport and evacuate the wounded according to the classification results of examination and injury. Combined with the theory of emergency medicine, the proposed model summarizes the rescue process into two stages: on-site treatment and transport evacuation, further subdivides the injury of the wounded and includes the volunteer rescue force. Based on mixed integer programming, epsilon constraint method combined with linear weighted method is used to realize the multi-objective solution of the model. The hypothetical examples of three competition areas of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games are used to verify the model. All the wounded are successfully treated and the solution results are reasonable.
