Research on the Path Evolution and Driving Factors of Military-civilian Integration Technology Transfer——“ZhongWu-Tech” 2004-2017 Case Study

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress, the issues related to civil-military integration have been highly concerned and widely practiced, and technology transfer as an important part of civil-military integration has also attracted the attention of scholars. Based on the development process of military-civilian integration technology transfer of Sichuan Zhongwu Technology from 2004 to 2017, this study explores the path evolution and driving factors of military-civilian integration technology transfer in different times. The research finds that:(1) the evolution of technology transfer path of civil-military integration is a dynamic process, and its essence is the construction of Military-civilian Technology Transfer System, with continuously enriching channels, subjects and objectives of technology transfer; (2) the evolution of technology transfer path of civil-military integration is the result of the coexistence of internal survival and development pressure and external historical pressure. This study fills in the blank of literature on the evolution of the transfer path of civil-military integration technology and its influencing factors, enriches the relevant theories of civil-military integration with Chinese characteristics, and has certain practical implications for the development of civil-military integration technology transfer.
