摘要: 随着国际社会对环保问题的日益关注,学术界对于如何通过管理员工行为建构绿色组织等问题的讨论也愈发深入。员工绿色行为的概念应运而生,并成为了组织管理领域的重要研究议题。但是,目前学术领域对员工绿色行为的概念、分类、理论和测量等还缺乏一致性的认识,研究重点相对零散,因此亟需构建整合的研究框架对现有研究进行分析和梳理。鉴于此,本文首先对员工绿色行为的概念内涵进行了界定;其次,从规范、动机、交换、态度和情感五个视角,分析了员工绿色行为的理论基础;随后,对员工绿色行为的测量方法进行了梳理;最后,基于多层次视角构建了研究框架,整合了员工绿色行为的前因、中介、调节和结果变量,并提出了该领域未来值得关注的若干研究方向。
