物流技术创新对供应链柔性的影响:一个有调节的中介模型

The Impact of Logistics Technology Innovation on Supply Chain Flexibility: A Moderated Mediation Model

摘要: 随着企业竞争环境的愈加激烈和复杂,越来越多的企业意识到创新发展及供应链柔性的重要性。不断优化升级的物流技术成为实现对客户需求快速响应的重要手段。物流技术创新为供应链协同及供应链柔性提供了基础保障和重要条件,提升了企业应对不确定性的动态能力和竞争优势。本研究关注物流技术创新对供应链柔性的影响,探讨供应链协同及企业规模在两者影响关系中的作用。研究结果表明:物流技术创新对供应链柔性具有显著正向影响;供应链协同在物流技术创新与供应链柔性的关系中起中介作用;企业规模越大,物流技术创新与供应链柔性的正相关关系越弱,物流技术创新与供应链协同的正相关关系也越弱,但供应链协同与供应链柔性之间的正相关关系越强。

Abstract: With the increasingly fierce and complex competition environment of enterprises, more and more enterprises realize the importance of innovative development and supply chain flexibility. Continuously optimizing and upgrading logistics technology has become an important means to achieve rapid response to customer needs. Logistics technology innovation provides basic guarantees and important conditions for supply chain coordination and supply chain flexibility, and improves the dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages of enterprises to deal with uncertainty. This study focuses on the impact of logistics technology innovation on supply chain flexibility, and explores the mediating effect of supply chain collaboration in the relationship between logistics technology innovation and supply chain flexibility. Furthermore, this study also explores the moderating effect of firm size on above relationships. The empirical results show that logistics technology innovation is positively related to supply chain flexibility and supply chain collaboration mediates the relationship between logistics technology innovation and supply chain flexibility. The results also show that firm size moderates the relationship between logistics technology innovation and supply chain flexibility, and firm size moderates the mediation of supply chain collaboration. Specifically, the larger the firm size, the weaker the positive correlation between logistics technology innovation and supply chain flexibility. The larger the firm size, the weaker the positive correlation between logistics technology innovation and supply chain collaboration. The larger the firm size, the stronger the positive correlation between supply chain collaboration and supply chain flexibility.
