数字平台生态系统的构建机制与演化路径研究——基于商业模式组合视角

摘要: 数字经济时代,数字平台生态系统重塑了传统的价值创造方式和市场竞争模式。本文基于商业模式组合视角,归纳数字平台生态系统的形成机理与演化路径。研究发现,数字平台生态系统的演化涵盖三个阶段,包括初始化阶段的商业模式构建、聚合化阶段的商业模式叠加与多样化阶段的商业模式协同。其中,每个阶段都依赖于不同的价值环节,如确立基础价值主张、构建立体式价值网络、推动复合式价值共创和实现可持续价值共享等。在此基础上,明确了数字平台生态系统的持续演化源于数据要素、数字技术以及模块化平台架构等数字基础设施的底层支撑。最后,以价值流动为连接点,将活动系统观、商业模式组合和数字平台生态系统演化有机结合,构建了基于内部平台能力推动和外部市场需求拉动的数字平台生态系统演化理论模型,为企业构建数字平台生态系统提供了学理依据和实践指导。

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, the digital platform ecosystem has reshaped traditional value creation methods and market competition models. Based on the perspective of business model portfolio, this paper summarizes the formation mechanism and evolution path of digital platform ecosystem. Research finds that the evolution of digital platform ecosystem covers three stages, including business model construction in the initialization stage, business model superposition in the aggregation stage, and business model synergy in the diversification stage. During this process, each stage relies on different value chains, such as establishing basic value propositions, building a three-dimensional value network, promoting composite value co-creation, and achieving sustainable value sharing. On this basis, the study clarifies that the continuous evolution of the digital platform ecosystem is driven by underlying drivers of digital infrastructure such as data elements, digital technology, and modular platform architecture. Finally, this paper combines activity system view, business model portfolio, and digital platform ecosystem evolution into an organic whole connected by value flow to construct a theoretical model of digital platform ecosystem evolution driven by both platform capability and market demand, and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to successfully build a digital platform ecosystem.
