数字化、校企耦合协调度与合作创新效率——基于我国“双一流”建设高校的面板数据

Digitalization,University-Firm Coupling Coordination and Collaboration Innovation Efficiency-Evidence from Panel Data of “Double First-class” Universities in China

摘要: 本文讨论了数字化对于校企合作创新效率的影响机制。基于2011-2017年我国各省份数字化与"双一流"建设高校合作创新效率的匹配数据,本文采用多维度计量回归模型对其进行检验。结果显示:数字化显著促进了校企合作创新效率的提升。数字化能够通过优化校企耦合协调度提升其合作创新效率。异质性分析结果显示,相对于西部地区,东部地区数字化对于校企合作创新效率具有正向作用;相对于高研发人员规模高校而言,数字化对低研发人员规模高校的校企合作创新效率提升作用更强。研究结果为探索校企合作创新效率提升驱动路径提供了有益参考,也为政府部门积极谋划数字化发展战略布局提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract: This study investigates the impact of digitalization on collaboration innovation efficiency between universities and firms. Using the matched data on provincal digitalization levels in China and the collaboration innovation efficiency of "Double First-class" universities from 2011 to 2017, we employ multi-dimensional econometric regression models to test our hypotheses. The results demonstrate that digitalization significantly improves the collaboration innovation efficiency between universities and firms. Digitalization can enhance the collaboration innovation efficiency by optimizing university-firm coupling coordination levels. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that, digitalization has a positive effect on the collaboration innovation efficiency between universities and firms in the eastern region in comparison with the western region. Digitalization plays a bigger role in enhancing the collaboration innovation efficiency for universities with weaker R&D capabilities than it does for those with stronger R&D capabilities. The research findings offer valuable insights for exploring effective strategies to enhance the collaboration innovation efficiency between universities and firms. These results also serve as a useful reference for government agencies to actively plan the strategic layout of digital development initiatives.
