福兮祸兮?创业者遭遇叛逃后的组织绩效研究

A Blessing and a Curse? Research on the Organizational Performance of Entrepreneurs after Betrayal

摘要: 已有研究忽视了创业叛逃事件对创业者个人情感和利益上造成的伤害,更缺乏对这种受损程度是否以及如何影响组织绩效的研究。本文通过整合情感事件理论和资源基础理论,基于275份调研问卷,使用层次回归和Bootstrapping方法检验了叛逃事件引发的受损程度对组织绩效的影响机制。研究结果表明,创业叛逃受损度与组织绩效存在倒U型关系,创业激情和企业资源能力水平在创业叛逃受损度与组织绩效之间分别起到正负两方面的中介作用。研究结果深化了对创业叛逃情境下创业者受损程度与组织绩效关系的理解,提出叛逃受损程度向组织绩效转化的中间路径,对创业者的创业实践有重要启示。

Abstract: Existing studies have ignored the damage caused by entrepreneurial defection to entrepreneurs’ personal feelings and interests, especially lacking research on whether and how such damage affects organizational performance. Based on 275 questionnaires, this paper uses hierarchical regression and Bootstrap methods to examine the impact of entrepreneurial defection damage on organizational performance by integrating emotional event theory and resource-based theory. The results show an inverted U-shaped relationship between entrepreneurial defection damage and organizational performance. Entrepreneurial passion and enterprise resource capacity play positive and negative mediating roles between entrepreneurial defection damage and organizational performance. The results of this study deepen the understanding of the relationship between the degree of entrepreneur damage and organizational performance in the context of entrepreneurial defection and put forward an intermediate path of the transformation of the degree of defection damage to organizational performance, which has important implications for the entrepreneurial practice of entrepreneurs.
