摘要: 本文聚焦涉及数据安全和芯片技术的典型行业,尤其关注资源禀赋不足的市场后发群体,从权变视角探讨这类高科技制造企业在国际环境乌卡(VUCA)时代,克服各种封锁与打压而突围出海的过程。通过宇视科技的国际化案例,发现随着国际化深入,企业首先识别市场风险、制度风险与行业风险的演变与组合,弘扬以"志气、骨气、底气"为核心的企业家精神,塑造高效执行、开放自治、协同进步的组织文化,引领战略导向从稳健进取、探索创新向循环提升演变,以此在各阶段"风险-资源"组态下生存成长。相关研究为我国特殊情境下高科技制造企业的国际化提供了理论补充,也为这类企业克服后发劣势打造内外市场业务"双循环",借力海外市场"弯道超车",真正担当起我国创新主体责任提供实践建议。
