如何由IT资源获取渠道权力?以信息的搜集和共享为途径

Can IT Resources Enhance Channel Power in the Way of Information Searching and Sharing?

摘要:

以RBV理论为基础,研究了制造商两种IT资源对其搜集信息和共享信息的影响以及对其渠道权力的影响。经由实地收集的99份数据实证检验发现,第一,制造商的IT设备资源对其搜集信息的效率有正向影响,但对共享信息的效率没有显著影响。第二,制造商的IT人员资源对其搜集信息与共享信息的效率均有正向影响。第三,制造商搜集信息和共享信息的效率对其渠道权力有正向的影响。最后,根据研究结论给出了制造商使用IT来提高其渠道权力的相关建议。

Abstract:

Based on the RBV theory, this paper studies how two types of IT resources of a manufacturer influence its information searching and sharing, and its channel power. Three conclusions are drawn with the data of 99 samples. First, IT infrastructure resource has positive impact on information searching while has no significant impact on information sharing. Second, IT human resource has positive impact on both information searching and information sharing. Third, driven by the increasing efficiency of information searching and sharing, the channel power of the manufacturer will be enhanced. Finally, managerial suggestions on how to use IT to reinforce channel power are given according to these conclusions.
