中国情境架构及作用机理——基于中国企业战略变革案例的质化研究

摘要:

本文以中国企业战略变革为切入点,采用扎根理论分析我国企业管理实践所嵌入的情境,构建情境架构,并揭示这一架构对企业管理实践的作用机理。经分析发现:首先,以我国企业战略变革为例的管理实践所嵌入的情境架构包含三重维度,即外围、二级及内部情境。其中,外围情境包括技术的发展、政策及不可控事件;二级情境包括市场及行业情境;内部情境即为企业内部情境。其次,此情境架构分维度、以"差序式"的相互关系特征作用于企业的管理实践。第三,从情境架构的特征角度来看,导致企业呈现具体的管理模式的差异性的原因在于情境具有主、客观差异性;而情境架构所具有的动态变化性特征则影响企业战略变革决策过程出现"进阶式"特征。

Abstract:

Based on cases of Chinese enterprises' strategic change, this paper uses grounded theory to identify the context factors that Chinese enterprises embedded in, constructs the context structure and analyzes its function mechanism. The study shows that the context structure in which Chinese enterprises' managerial practices (including strategic change) embedding consists of three levels, namely external context (technology development, policy and contingencies), second-level context (market and industry context) and internal context (enterprise's context). Each level respectively affects enterprises' managerial practices in differential patterns. The study also finds that according to the characters of context structure, different enterprises' management modes are the results of its subjective and objective differences, and the dynamics of context structure leads to the staged progress of strategic decision making.
