Does digital transformation promote employee responsibility in CSR and thus improve a company’s total factor productivity? This study has the following findings: First, the implementation of digital transformation can significantly improve their total factor productivity. Artificial intelligence technology, big data technology, and the practical application of digital technology can significantly improve the total factor productivity of enterprises. However, the application of blockchain technology will reduce the total factor productivity.
