Abstract: The new generation infrastructure construction, with a focus on the industrial internet, has emerged as a vital element of China’s emerging strategic industries. However, the expanding scale of industrial internet development also brings significant hidden risks in terms of data security. In this paper, we refine the subject attributes, behavior decision-making paradigms and interaction rules, and establish a data sharing model for industrial internet platform based on supplier access restriction. Through simulation experiments, we study the behavior changes of micro subjects under different parameter settings, and explore effective strategies for incentivizing data sharing, so as to promote the secure circulation and sharing of industrial enterprise data in China, thereby creating greater social value. The research results demonstrate that the proposed access mechanism with supplier access restriction and incentive strategy have a significant impact on promoting data sharing. Moreover, they can reduce the adverse impact of data privacy leakage risk on the data security investment of enterprises on both supply and demand sides. Additionally, these mechanisms can guide industrial internet platforms, supply side and demand side to form the optimal security management scheme, thereby improving the overall social welfare.
