Abstract: Based on the "social enterprise + farmers" contract mode formed through farmer-oriented productive service and innovation, this paper establishes an operation mechanism in which social enterprises and farmers share both cost and revenue. The cooperation contractual modes are divided into three types, including dispersed contract, tight contract and centralized contract, according to the contents of productive service provided by agricultural social enterprise to farmers. The influence of pricing decision on profits under different cooperation contractual modes of agricultural social enterprises and farmers in face of channel conflict is discussed by applying the operation system into dual-channel environment.
