The Influencing Factors of Sharing Behavior of the Industry-University-Research Collaboration

Abstract: Industry-university-research collaborative innovation is a process in which enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions jointly establish collaborative innovation relations in accordance with the principles of complementary advantages, sharing risks, sharing interests and common development, and is an important approach to establish an innovative country. In view of the trust and risk problems in the process of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, this paper constructs the influencing factor model of industry-university-research collaborative innovation and proposes 3 theoretical hypotheses. Using the structural equation model method to verify the proposed theoretical hypothesis, the results show: collaborative innovation main body ability, sharing environment, sharing platform, trust, perceived risk to sharing desire and sharing behavior all play their respective role. It is concluded that the main capacity, sharing environment and sharing platform of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research will affect the sharing willingness of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research through trust and perceived risk, trust and perceived risk have a significant positive driving effect on the improvement of the sharing willingness of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, and the sharing willingness of collaborative innovation can affect it's sharing behavior.
