Abstract: With the vigorous development of global green technology, the enhancement of the awareness of ecological environment protection and the prevalence of green production and consumption, disruptive innovation of green technology is an important approach for Chinese enterprises to participate in international competition and establish sustainable competitive advantages. Based on knowledge perspective, this paper constructs an analysis framework by Simmelian ties as independent variable, disruptive innovation of green technology as the dependent variable, knowledge integration as mediate variable, knowledge hiding and knowledge sharing as moderate variables, to explore the impact of Simmelian ties on disruptive innovation of green technology of enterprises. The results show that Simmelian ties has a positive effect on disruptive innovation of green technology; knowledge integration plays a partial mediating role between Simmelian ties and disruptive innovation of green technology; knowledge sharing plays a positive moderating effect on among Simmelian ties, knowledge integration and the disruptive innovation of green technology; knowledge hiding plays the negative moderating role in the relationship between the Simmelian ties and knowledge integration, but the knowledge hiding has no direct moderating effect on Simmelian ties and disruptive innovation of green technology. Finally, the theoretical and practical implications are discussed and directions for future research are proposed.
