企业主导的科技成果转化生态系统演化过程——基于三峡集团的纵向案例研究

The Evolution Process of Technology Transfer Ecosystem Led by Enterprises—Exemplified by China Three Gorges Corporation

摘要: 为破解科技创新与产业应用脱节的现实难题,本文基于企业主导视角,以三峡集团为案例,系统追踪其科技成果转化生态系统的动态演化过程与实现机制。研究发现,该系统遵循“线性链条—合作网络—生态系统”的阶梯式演进路径,主导企业通过科技创新与成果转化的“双模式迭代”,推动系统实现结构性跃迁;“创新-转化”间持续强化的供给反馈关系构成系统升级的内生动力,推动科技供给与产业需求实现动态适配;模块化架构通过功能解耦与标准接口,建立网络化协作基础,平台赋能则进一步通过资源整合与服务支撑,提升整体系统效能,二者共同构成系统演化的递进式实现机制。本研究不仅丰富了科技成果转化生态系统的理论框架,也为强化企业创新主体地位、解决成果转化难题提供了方法论支持与实践路径。

Abstract: To address the practical disconnection between technological innovation and industrial application, this paper, from the perspective of enterprise leadership, takes China Three Gorges Corporation as a case study and systematically tracks the dynamic evolution process and realization mechanism of its technology transfer ecosystem. The research finds that the system follows a stepwise evolutionary path of “linear chain - cooperative network-ecosystem”, and the leading enterprise promotes the structural leap of the system through the “dual-mode iteration” of technological innovation and transfer. The continuously strengthened supply feedback relationship between “innovation and transfer” constitutes the endogenous driving force for system upgrading, promoting the dynamic adaptation of technological supply and industrial demand. The modular architecture establishes a networked collaboration foundation through functional decoupling and standard interfaces, while platform empowerment enhances the overall efficiency of the system through resource integration and service support. Together, they form the progressive realization mechanism of system evolution. This study not only enriches the theoretical framework of the technology transfer ecosystem but also provides methodological support and practical paths for strengthening the leading position of enterprises in innovation and solving the problem of technology transfer.
