协作集成度、知识多样性与企业探索性创新——数字化转型战略的调节作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 作为加快实施国家创新驱动发展战略的重要驱动力，数字化转型深刻影响了企业创新模式、知识结构与管理模式。本研究对2011—2022年我国483家信息通信制造业上市公司进行实证分析，讨论企业内部协作集成度与知识多样性对探索性创新的影响,以及企业数字化转型战略的调节作用。研究发现，企业的协作集成度与探索性创新呈倒U型关系，而知识多样性对探索性创新起促进作用，且边际效应不断增强。不同数字化转型战略对协作集成度、知识多样性与探索性创新关系的调节效应存在异质性作用。研究结果为企业如何平衡协作集成度和知识多样性，以及如何利用数字化转型以促进探索性创新提供了实践启示。

Abstract: As a significant driving force in accelerating the implementation of China’s national innovation-driven development strategy, digital transformation profoundly impacts corporate innovation patterns, knowledge structures, and management models. This study conducts an empirical analysis of 483 information and communication manufacturing companies listed in China from 2011 to 2022. It discusses the impact of internal collaborative integration and knowledge diversity on exploratory innovation within enterprises, as well as the moderating role played by corporate digital transformation strategies. The research finds that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between a company’s collaborative integration and its exploratory innovation. In contrast, knowledge diversity promotes exploratory innovation with an increasing marginal effect. It also identifies heterogeneity in the moderating effects of different digital transformation strategies on the relationships between collaborative integration, knowledge diversity, and exploratory innovation. The results provide practical insights for enterprises on how to balance collaborative integration and knowledge diversity, and how to utilize digital transformation to enhance exploratory innovation.
