数字技术赋能企业包容性创新实现机理:基于伊泰北牧田园的案例研究

Mechanisms of Inclusive Innovation Realization in Digital Technology Enabled Enterprises: A Case Study of Yitai North Pastorale

摘要: 积极关注低收入群体需求是扎实推进全体人民共同富裕、实现社会主义现代化的必然要求。数字技术为企业面向低收入群体开展包容性创新提供重要技术支撑。本文基于资源拼凑理论,通过对伊泰北牧田园企业走访调研以及对数据资料逐级编码分析,构建了"现有资源识别-数字技术赋能资源重构-包容性创新实现"递进分析框架,揭示了数字技术赋能企业包容性创新的内在机制。研究发现:①数字技术赋能产业战略配置(智慧种植体系赋能)、商业模式设计(养殖支持服务体系赋能)、平台协作(线上营销体系赋能)3个核心环节以推进企业包容性创新。②企业借助数字技术赋能其管控能力(数字化监测与反馈、赋能企业精准决策)、协同能力(数字化生产溯源管理、赋能企业科学养殖)、响应能力(产品需求预测分析、赋能企业市场洞察),提高"资源重构"效率,进而推进企业包容性创新。研究结果不仅丰富了包容性创新理论,也为中国企业运用数字技术赋能包容性创新实践提供管理启示。

Abstract: Solidly promoting the process of common prosperity has become an important mission of China in its pursuit of modernization. Enterprises play a crucial role in promoting shared value creation and achieving common prosperity. They actively prioritize low-income groups and make indispensable contributions to fostering regional inclusive development. Based on a study of Yitai North Pastoral, this paper obtains data through the "three-step coding method", and reveals the internal mechanism of digital technology enabling inclusive innovation in enterprises. The research finds that:(1) The identification of available resources and the reconstruction of resources serve as pivotal mechanisms for inclusive innovation within enterprises. Digital technology enables three core aspects:industrial strategic allocation (through smart planting systems), business model design (via breeding support service systems), and platform collaboration (by means of online marketing systems) to facilitate inclusive innovation within enterprises. (2) Enterprises enhance the efficiency of "resource reconstruction" by leveraging such digitally-driven capabilities as control capability (digital monitoring and feedback for accurate decision-making), collaboration capability (digital production traceability management for scientific breeding practices), and response capability (encompassing product demand forecasting to gain market insights), thus promoting inclusive innovation practices. The conclusions not only enrich the theory regarding inclusive innovation but also provide valuable managerial inspiration for Chinese enterprises seeking to harness the power of digital technology in empowering their own inclusive innovation practices.
