双元性学习、节俭式创新与绿色竞争优势

Research on the Ambidexterity Learning, Frugal Innovation and Enterprise Green Competitive Advantage

摘要: 气候问题是当今时代最严峻的全球性挑战之一,为解决经济高质量发展与保护自然环境之间的矛盾,企业要进行绿色低碳转型发展。在绿色视域下,企业进行双元性学习成为企业获取竞争优势的重要战略选择。本文以187家企业数据为样本,基于组织学习理论,探讨双元性学习、节俭式创新与绿色竞争优势的关系。研究发现,双元性学习的联合维度与平衡维度均对绿色竞争优势产生正向影响,节俭式创新对绿色竞争优势产生正向影响,节俭式创新在双元性学习的联合维度与绿色竞争优势之间起部分中介作用。进一步研究发现,利用式学习与探索式学习的一致性匹配情境可以促进节俭式创新,并且一致性越高越有利于企业的节俭式创新。本文研究结论对绿色发展理念下企业治理能力提升具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: The climate issue is one of the most severe global challenges in today’s era. In order to address the contradiction between high-quality economic development and the protection of the natural environment, enterprises should undertake green and low-carbon transformation development. Within the green perspective, ambidexterity learning has emerged as a crucial strategic choice for enterprises seeking to gain a competitive advantage. Based on a sample of 187 companies, this paper delves into the relationship among ambidexterity learning, frugal innovation, and green competitive advantage drawing upon organizational learning theory. The study reveals that both the joint dimension and the balance dimension of ambidexterity learning positively impact green competitive advantage. Additionally, frugal innovation is shown to have a positive influence on green competitive advantage, while also serving as a partial mediator between the joint dimension of ambidexterity learning and green competitive advantage. Further research indicates that a harmonious alignment of exploitative learning and exploratory learning can foster frugal innovation, and the higher level that the harmonious alignment is at, the better position enterprises are at for frugal innovation. The research conclusions of this study has significant implications for enhancing corporate governance capabilities within the context of green development.
