军民融合技术转移的路径演化及其驱动因素研究——“中物技术”2004—2017案例研究

摘要： 十八大以来，军民融合的相关问题受到了高度关注和广泛实践，而技术转移作为军民融合中的重要一环亦是引起了广大学者的关注。本研究基于四川中物技术2004—2017年间的军民融合技术转移发展历程，探究了不同时代背景下军民融合技术转移的路径演化与驱动因素。研究发现：（1）军民融合技术转移路径演化是一个动态发展的过程，其本质是技术转移渠道、主体及目的不断丰富的军民融合技术转移体系构建；（2）军民融合技术转移路径演化是企业内部生存、发展压力与外部历史压力共同驱动的结果。本研究填补了文献中军民融合技术转移路径演化及驱动因素研究的空白，丰富了中国特色军民融合的相关理论，对军民融合技术转移发展具有一定的实践启示。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress, the issues related to civil-military integration have been highly concerned and widely practiced, and technology transfer as an important part of civil-military integration has also attracted the attention of scholars. Based on the development process of military-civilian integration technology transfer of Sichuan Zhongwu Technology from 2004 to 2017, this study explores the path evolution and driving factors of military-civilian integration technology transfer in different times. The research finds that:(1) the evolution of technology transfer path of civil-military integration is a dynamic process, and its essence is the construction of Military-civilian Technology Transfer System, with continuously enriching channels, subjects and objectives of technology transfer; (2) the evolution of technology transfer path of civil-military integration is the result of the coexistence of internal survival and development pressure and external historical pressure. This study fills in the blank of literature on the evolution of the transfer path of civil-military integration technology and its influencing factors, enriches the relevant theories of civil-military integration with Chinese characteristics, and has certain practical implications for the development of civil-military integration technology transfer.
