工业互联网平台对参与型制造企业数绿孪生转型的影响研究

Industrial Internet Platforms Effect on the Digital and Green Twin Transition of Participatory Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要: 工业互联网平台是推动制造企业数绿孪生转型的重要场域之一。本文首先运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型,对制造企业数绿孪生转型水平进行测算。接着,本文选取2010—2023年A股制造业上市公司数据,利用工业和信息化部“工业互联网试点平台类示范项目”(2018—2023)来构建准自然实验,运用多期DID双重差分模型,探究工业互联网平台对参与型制造企业数绿孪生转型的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现:工业互联网平台能显著促进参与型制造企业数绿孪生转型。同时,工业互联网平台可以通过提升制造企业资源配置效率,促进多主体协作创新,进而提升其数绿孪生转型水平。本研究结论不仅从平台参与制造企业的角度丰富了工业互联网平台赋能企业转型的相关研究,而且为促进制造企业数绿孪生转型提供了决策参考。

Abstract: Industrial Internet platforms are one of the key domains driving the digital and green twin transition of manufacturing enterprises. This paper first calculates the level of digital and green twin transition of manufacturing enterprises using the entropy method and coupling coordination model. Subsequently, this paper selects data from A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2010 to 2023 and utilizes the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Platform Projects” (2018—2023) to construct a quasi-natural experiment. By employing a multi-period differences-in-differences model, the study investigates the actual impact of Industrial Internet platforms on participatory manufacturing enterprises’ digital and green twin transition and the mechanism underlying the impact. This research reveals: The industrial Internet platform can significantly promote the digital and green twin transition of participatory manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, the industrial Internet platform can improve the resource allocation efficiency of manufacturing enterprises, promote multi-initiative collaboration and innovation, and then improve the level of their digital and green twin transition. The conclusion of this study not only enriches the research related to the transformation of enterprises empowered by industrial Internet platforms from the perspective of platform-participating manufacturing enterprises, but also provides a decision-making reference for promoting the digital and green twin transition of manufacturing enterprises.
