组织亲环境价值观及其对员工亲环境行为的影响研究

Research on Organizational Pro-Environmental Values and Its Impact on Employees' Pro-environmental Behavior

摘要: 本文立足宣称与执行价值观融合的视角,采用定性和定量研究相结合的方法,开发了中国本土情境下的组织亲环境价值观结构,分别为生态尊重、公共责任、节能减排、道德自律、面子需要和仁爱利他6个维度。进一步以688位员工为研究对象,发现“宣称—执行”亲环境价值观匹配能够促进员工公私领域亲环境行为。本研究完善了组织亲环境价值观研究体系,丰富了组织价值观理论,同时为我国组织亲环境价值观体系建设及员工亲环境行为提升提供了内容指向。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of integration of espoused and enacted values, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to develop the structure of organizational pro-environmental values in the local context of China. The results show that the structure of pro-environmental values of Chinese organizations includes six dimensions: ecological respect, public responsibility, energy conservation and emission reduction, moral self-discipline, face needs and benevolence and altruism. Based on the analysis of 688 data of employees in Chinese enterprises, it is concluded that the “espoused-enacted” pro-environmental value matching is positively related to the pro-environmental behavior of employees in the public and private sphere. This study not only improves the research system of organizational pro-environmental values, but also enriches the theory of organizational values. At the same time, it provides content direction for the construction of organizational pro-environmental values system in China.
