创新网络对创新型企业根植的影响机制——基于SEM与fsQCA方法的混合研究

A Study on the Mechanism of How Innovation Network Influences the Innovative Enterprises Embeddedness: Based on a Mixed Methods of SEM and fsQCA

摘要: 打造有效创新网络是促进创新型企业根植、实现创新驱动发展的重要途径。本文通过构建创新网络驱动创新型企业根植的理论模型,采用结构方程模型与模糊集定性比较分析等方法,探明了创新网络对创新型企业根植的影响机制。研究发现:创新网络对创新型企业根植具有正向促进作用,创新网络分维度中网络规模、网络关系、网络位置均对创新型企业根植具有显著的促进作用;创新环境在创新网络与创新型企业根植之间起正向调节作用。进一步研究表明,单个因素均不构成产生高/非高创新型企业根植的必要条件;产生高创新型企业根植的组态有两种,包括S1“规模-位置-环境驱动型”和S2“规模-关系-位置-环境驱动型”。基于此,本文提出如下管理启示:增进创新网络关系,扩大创新网络规模;强化创新型企业网络中心度,充分发挥创新网络价值;优化创新环境,培育创新型企业根植沃土。

Abstract: Building effective innovation network is a crucial pathway for fostering the innovative enterprises embeddedness and achieving innovation-driven development. This study constructs a theoretical model to explain how innovation networks drive the innovative enterprises embeddedness, employs structural equation model and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to identify the mechanisms through which innovation network affect enterprise embedding. The study finds that (1) Innovation network has a positive effect on the innovative enterprises embeddedness. Specifically, network size, network relationships, and network position significantly contribute to innovative enterprises embeddedness. Moreover, the innovation environment positively moderates the relationship between innovation network and innovative enterprises embeddedness. Further analysis shows that no single factor is a necessary condition for generating high or low levels of innovative enterprises embeddedness. Two configurations lead to high innovative enterprises embeddedness: S1, the “scale-position-environment-driven” configuration, and S2, the “scale-relationship-position-environment-driven” configuration, with asymmetric mechanisms compared to low innovative enterprises embeddedness. Based on these insights, this study provides managerial implications, including enhancing innovation network relationships and expanding the scale of innovation networks, strengthening the centrality of innovative enterprises within networks to fully leverage the value of innovation networks, optimizing the innovation environment to cultivate the innovative enterprises embeddedness.
